Each scheduled Home Health Check follows a thorough, property-specific checklist so we can identify visible or operational issues early and keep your private home in ready condition.
Summit Standard documents observable conditions and coordinates qualified local professionals as needed. This service is not a formal home inspection and does not replace specialized trade diagnosis.

Customized Baseline
We document access, major systems, shutoffs, owner preferences, and property-specific details so every visit starts from a clear, shared understanding of your home.

Checklist-Based Walkthrough
We complete a structured interior and exterior walkthrough, including visible plumbing/leak and moisture checks, HVAC temperature checks, basic electrical/appliance/security/garage/utility observations, and seasonal or property-specific systems.

Green / Yellow / Red Status
Each visit receives an overall Green, Yellow, or Red status so you immediately understand the condition of your home and where attention is needed.

Digital Photo Report & Follow-Up
You receive a concise, mobile-friendly report with the visit date, items checked, useful photos, issues found, actions taken, and recommended next steps. Urgent issues trigger rapid owner notification.
